Anjil Rehab Foundation Early Intervention Childhood Programme (EIC) and School Readiness Programme (SRP) are special services for infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays or diagnosed as Autism, Intellectual disability, ADHD, Down’s syndrome, Multiple disability and Global Developmental disorder. The Age for EIC starts from 0-3yrs and SRP starts from 2 -4yrs and extends upto 6yrs.
These services are designed to identify and meet children’s needs in five developmental areas and Kindergarten school curriculum. These are Motor Skill (Gross and fine), Cognitive, Communication (Receptive and Expressive), Activities of Daily Living ( Eating, Dressing, Grooming, toileting) , socialization and emotional development.
We initiate Proper screening and an intervention program is tailor-made for each child. Our therapists and education professionals with expertise provide a targeted intervention. Various goals within these domains are arrived at and worked upon in sessions. We provide both one-to-one session and group sessions.
The essential skills targeted for inclusive classroom that we are uniquely equipped to work on within our center environments are Staying seated in a chair and/or at circle time, Following instructions and completing tasks, Paying attention and responding to teachers, Learning in a group setting, Lining up, Being aware of personal space and body awareness, Self-care skills, Eating lunch around others, Playing cooperatively and interacting with peers, Leaving the home to attend a new place with new people. The above-mentioned areas are simultaneously addressed, while the child is given on one individual therapy.
